Computer repair is not one size fits all, and there are a variety of ways that the repairs can be performed based on the situation.

Shop Repair – We repair the computer at our workshop. This is usually the most reliable and affordable option, as it allows the technician more one on one time with the computer, while you are only charged an adjustable flat rate that is quoted before the work begins.

For customers within the Stettler town limits we offer a pickup and re-delivery service for free, and have very affordable travel rates for everyone else. If you don’t live in or around Stettler you can also ship us your computer and we can return ship it to you upon completion of the repairs.

**If possible we like to keep the computer overnight for testing purposes, but if you are in a pinch we can typically have it back to you the same day.

Onsite Repair – We can come to you and repair the computer directly at your location. This ensures that the computer doesn’t have to leave your premises and you are able to watch the repair take place first hand. Onsite service is billed by the hour with a one hour minimum. ($60/h)

Remote Support – Using remote support technology, we can connect to your computer from our shop computer using a technique known as ‘Remote Support. It is secure, fast, effective, and allows us to provide support to customers anywhere in the world. Remote support is billed by the hour with a one hour minimum.
